Team Sanctioning:
There are two ways to sanction:
- Sanction your team by downloading the USFA mobile app; Click on "Events", then click the blue button at the bottom of the page that says "Sanction Your Team-Click Here" and begin your registration.
- On the desktop version of the website click on the "Team Sanction" tab at the top of the screen to register your team for the new season to begin the registration process
All teams will have to register as a new team since the season begins August 1st. Once you have created an account and sanctioned your team, you will be able to register for tournaments via the mobile app.
Rosters are only able to be added via the website, as the roster add function isn't available via the app yet
New Age Divisions:
Introducing the new 9u & 11u Divisions! There will be no classification for these Divisions as they are age pure. World Series will crown a Champion this year at each one of these Divisions. This is great for first year teams to be able to complete in a more consistent skill level bracket
Tournaments:
Our Directors and host teams will be loading their tournaments into the new USFA Tournament Hosting system beginning August 1st. It will take a few weeks or so to get the majority of events posted in the system, so if you click on upcoming tournaments and don't the events you are accustomed to be patient.
Hosting Tournaments:
To host tournaments click on the Host Event Request under the Team section on the website, and request your dates to host
World Series Registration Open:
The registration for the 2018 UFSA World Series is now open. Please click on the World Series Page at the top of this page, then you can click on World Series info to register.
Schedule/Scoring:
USFA will now have a built in tournament scheduling function that will allow each event to be able to have the pool and bracket schedules in the app. We will begin tracking scores for all bracket games to help measure classifications using more precise data. Take a look at World Series in the app to see how the Bracket and Scheduling worked.
Our staff/directors are working to learn, teach, and train our teams on using the new system. This new
system is outstanding with a ton of functionality compared to anything we've done before. We just
have to knuckle through the issues that come with implementing a new system. If you have any concerns or
