Please make sure that you review your schedules as we were force tonight to make some major changes to the schedules. Not all teams were affected, but a large number of teams had their schedules change. This evening we encountered a system issue with the points that threw some of the seedings off causing us to have to double check the points to ensure seeding was correct. When the schedules are turned back live shortly the seedings will be correct. We also just posted the actual seedings along with point totals per division for transparency. Game Format:
Check-In will now be at the office at Ford Park. All Coaches will need to check in to get their caoches wristbands. We will no longer have a coaches meeting now that we have moved off of Friday night games. We understand a lot of teams are coming in Friday night, but we didn't want teams rushing to make a coaches meeting with no games afterwards. Based on the number of phone calls we have gotten I think this will be a good thing.
Schedule will be up online by Wednesday by lunch time.
Pool Play: 2- 65 Min Games- Pools will begin Friday Night at 7pm
Bracket Play: 75 Min Double Elimination Bracket (90 Min for Elite Division)
Umpires PAP $40 all games ($50 Elite Bracket Games)
State Champion and Runner-Up Rings
Awards 1st-3rd Place
Rainout Policy: If tournament begins rain policy is as follows
2 Games $0 refund
1 game $150 refund
0 games $200 refund
If event is cancelled prior to it begining the refund is 100%
Playing in this tournament is a requirement for USFA World Series
Bracket will be seeded by USFA Points totals for each team

Weekly Pass $10
Daily $7 per person entry
12 & Under plus Coaches/Players are Free
Ford Park Rules:
No Metal Cleats
No Sun Flower Seeds
Park Gates will open at 6:30am Saturday/Sunday
No Overnight Parking/camping
No Generators/fans for safety reason
No outside food or drinks (Each team will get one team cooler that they can replenish with fruit/drinks)
