In order to register for this event, your team must be sanctioned with USFA. If your team is not sanctioned yet, you can complete the registration by clicking here. Please place your roster and insurance on line.

This will be an event that will allow your team to play at the level of compeition and win a State Title Ring. 3 game guaranteed bracket. Payment is due by the 12th of June

Entry fee is $375.00

Inclusive gate fees $175.00

High School Division will be played at Upland & Fairmount Indiana. If you don't want to travel to Petersburg we will give you the option to play closer to home.

(if more teams than the facility can host we reserve the right to move to other locations)

REFUND POLICY: Teams will receive a refund after brackets are done with exception of $50.00 for administrative fees. Refunds will be returned to the teams not applied to another tournament unless you request. If a team drops after brackets are completed and forfeits are awarded deduction of umpire fees and administrative fees are deducted. Payments are due 7 days before the event or a credit card will be requested to have on file for payment.
